In 2016, I held up an RJ-45 cable in front of 50 classmates. The room leaned in. The second a concept became real, it stopped being theory. I built my career chasing that moment.
Freelance AI work. My own product studio. A bootcamp I rebuilt every time the market moved. 10,000 engineers later, most still hadn’t shipped anything real. I was teaching in the wrong order.
“The answer was never to learn faster.
It was to learn in the right order.”
In 2025, I flipped the sequence. Start with a real problem. Learn what the build needs. Ship it. That became PILOT. In 2026, the first cohort fully built on it shipped six production AI systems in eight weeks, with GitHub issues and reviewed pull requests.
